My name is Jeff Webb, and I am the Player Development Manager for Buffalo Run Casino & Resort. Born and raised in southwest Missouri, I was fortunate early on to pursue my passion in the gaming industry. After joining the amazing team at Buffalo Run Casino & Resort, I have enjoyed many opportunities to learn and grow in various positions, acquiring skills and understanding how to better assist our guests. I enjoy my dogs, going on road trips, and finding DIY projects around the house. With experience in hotel management, special event planning, hospitality and marketing, it is my desire to serve our patrons and make Buffalo Run Casino & Resort the preferred choice of any gaming destination in the area.

Hi, I'm Whitney Welch, our new Buffalo Run Casino & Resort Player Host!
I have worked for Buffalo Run since April of 2016. I started off here as a slot attendant, and then was promoted to floor supervisor in November of 2017.
I have been in the casino industry on and off for the past 11 years. When I am not at work, you can usually find me at home with my 3 crazy dogs or spending time with my family. I also enjoy listening to music and attending concerts when I can.
