Concrete pads range from 35 ft to 90 ft, with full hookups (water, sewer, 20/30/50-amp electrical), level pads, daily trash pick-up, and an on-site dump station.

Private Event spaces

  • The Stampede Room

    The larger of the two spaces at roughly 40 ft x 40 ft, with a fully functioning kitchen and large glass garage-style doors opening to a poolside atmosphere. Accommodates 80–100 guests.

  • The Tall Grass Studio

    A soft-floor space at roughly 27 ft x 27 ft, ideal for exercise classes, kids' parties, or business meetings. Accommodates up to 40 guests.
